Pre and Postnatal Training - Many exercising mothers-to-be stop exercise once they find they are pregnant. The RPM healthfitness team have undertaken an expert training course that indicates all the benefits of exercising while pregnant. So whether it be just staying active, keeping the weight off or to reduce your lower back pain, we can help.
Home Training -
If it's more convenient for your RPM healthfitness personal trainer to visit and train with you at your home then let us come. The team has a large selection of equipment for whatever your training goals and ability level. Furthermore, home training will save you money, as there are no large gym fees to consider.
Pre Wedding Training - The wedding day! Possibly the biggest day you will arrange in your lifetime, where you want everything to be perfect. The RPM healthfitness team understand the importance of such a fantastic day, so whether it be one to one or couple personal training during the weeks or months before the big day, the team will be dedicated to getting you looking at your best and radiant in the wedding photos.
Couples or Group Training - Maybe you would find it more enjoyable and motivating to train as a couple, with a friend or group of friends. Although some personal attention is lost, the team can adapt a training programme to suit more than one person at a time, accommodating several different fitness levels.
